Terms of Service

Last updated: November 5, 2026

Use the site fairly. Our previews and scores are estimates, not promises. Paid work happens under a signed agreement. AI helps us, and it can be wrong.

These terms are between you and Kim Fisher d/b/a Market Bots ("we," "us"). By using marketbots.com, our search, our Grader, our phone line or our messages, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. Who this is for

Short answer: business owners and the people who work with them, 18 and up.

You must be at least 18. If you use the site for a business, you confirm you are allowed to act for it.

2. Using the site

Short answer: be honest, and do not break or copy it.

Please do not:

  • break into, overload or disrupt the site,
  • scrape, copy or bulk-download it, including to train AI models,
  • pretend to be someone else, or submit someone else's details without permission,
  • use our forms, phone or texts to spam, harass or send anything unlawful.

3. What we offer

Short answer: we build and run the systems that help local businesses get found and grow.

Market Bots builds websites and connects the tools a local business runs on: CRM, messaging, reviews, follow-up, AI assistance and market data. Our platform runs on third-party services, including GoHighLevel, and depends on them.

Paid work is always in writing. Scope, price, timing and terms for any paid service are set in a separate signed agreement. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.

4. Previews, the Grader and search results

Short answer: they show what is possible. They are not guarantees.

  • Pro Page previews are drafts built from public information about a business. A preview is not the business's official site, is not endorsed by the business, and is not public unless the owner chooses to launch it. If you own a business and want a preview taken down, email [email protected] and we will remove it.
  • Grader scores are our estimates, based on public data and AI analysis at a point in time. We show sources where we can. Search engines and AI tools change constantly.
  • Map and market data come from Google and the U.S. Census Bureau and may be out of date.

Nothing on this site promises a ranking, lead count, revenue or result.

5. AI

Short answer: AI helps us work. It says it is AI. It can make mistakes. A person is always available.

Our phone line, messages and research use AI. Our AI always identifies itself, and you can ask for a person at any time. AI can be wrong. Do not rely on an AI answer for a decision that matters without confirming with us. No AI conversation creates a contract, a price, or a commitment; only a signed agreement does. Full details: How we use AI.

6. Calls and texts

Short answer: you choose what we may send, and STOP always works.

Calls with our AI agent may be recorded and transcribed. We tell you at the start. If you agree to texts, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts or calls is never a condition of buying from us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your number.

7. What you send us

Short answer: you keep what is yours. You let us use it to serve you.

You confirm that what you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You allow us to use it to answer you and build what you asked for. If you send ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.

8. Third-party services

Short answer: some parts belong to others, and their terms apply too.

Our business search uses Google Maps. By using it, you agree to the Google Maps Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. This product uses the Census Bureau Data API but is not endorsed or certified by the Census Bureau. We are not responsible for third-party services, content or links.

9. Our property

Short answer: our name, design and systems are ours.

The site, its content, design, code and the Market Bots name and marks belong to Kim Fisher d/b/a Market Bots. Do not copy or reuse them without written permission. Business names, logos and listings shown in previews belong to their owners.

10. No warranties

The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise the site will be error-free, uninterrupted or secure.

11. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the site, previews, scores or AI. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This does not limit liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for fraud.

12. Indemnity

If your misuse of the site or breach of these terms leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of defending it.

13. Changes and ending access

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Using the site after a change means you accept it. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms.

14. Governing law

Maryland law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in Maryland. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
